THE SELF WORTH DIET – Because Low Self Esteem Is Fattening

Sandy (Richard) Beach’s Spiritual Reading List

For those of you not in recovery reading this, Sandy Beach, in my opinion, was the BEST speaker in recovery (he died a few years back).  I listen to his talks all day long and on the weekends.  He is one of the few speakers who talked about the actual steps and about spirituality.  It is all too rare that I hear a speaker discussing those things.  Usually I hear a drunkalogue and about the speaker’s amended behavior.
I agree with Sandy, if you want to stay clean and sober and most importantly BE HAPPY, than you have to have a really strong connection to your higher power.  As Sandy Beach and Chuck C said, “There is only one problem that includes all problems, conscious separation from God and there is one solution that includes all solutions, conscious contact with God.”
You can live in the material world where all of your character defects shine and where outside things make you happy temporarily or you can live in the spiritual world where there is true bliss and purpose.  The greatest contribution you can make to the world/universe is your own awakening.
So here is Sandy’s reading list that will help you with awaken:
