I find that it is important every day to review the day before and write down everything I ate, what I did well and what I didn’t do well. In order to have healthy self worth, having self awareness is very important. I log everything I’ve eaten the day before to make sure I’m eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and that I’m staying away from dangerous processed foods and sugar. Upon reviewing my day I know if I need to make an amends to anyone because having self worth means you’re accountable for your words and actions. I also see where I can do better the next day as well as congratulate myself for things I have done well.

A – Appetite
Breakfast – Two scrambled eggs with side or raspberries
Lunch – Salad with kale, spinach, red beans, beets and carrots
Snack – Apple
Dinner – Talpaia fish with grilled vegetables
E – Exercise
I was super auto immune disorder fatigued yesterday so could barely get out of bed. L
I – Myself
I slept most of the day due to feeling ill and fatigued.
O – Others
I helped a friend with her relationship with her sister. I picked up dinner for my husband.
U – Uncover Feelings (what was the predominant feeling you had yesterday? And what could you do better?)
I felt completely wiped out yesterday both physically and emotionally. I had to practice self care and just get a lot of down time.
Fear seems to be something that I really need to tackle. I know it’s because I’m too far away from my creator and need to have faith. My worst fears never come true…ever!

My bed and sleeping was the highlight of my day.

I’m grateful for my peeps in recovery and understanding each other, I’m grateful for the 4th dimension (was a good topic my husband had the meeting the night before), I’m grateful for spiritual tools
