I love stories like this that proves that you don’t need to go on these harmful and dangerous diets to lose weight and be healthy. Eating small, low calorie, high processed, chemically laden foods that some diets (Jenny Craig) offer are not a valid solution to a healthy lifestyle. These diets don’t teach you how to eat properly or maintain a healthy lifestyle. Plus, they can make you very physically sick. Don’t be fooled by the advertising of the big diets out there. I find that eating healthy foods, meditation and spirituality are the keys to a happy life and having self worth. I urge everyone to stop dieting and take back control of their lives from large corporations that serve up empty promises and tell you you’re not good enough.
