THE SELF WORTH DIET – Because Low Self Esteem Is Fattening

Kirstie Alley Calls Jenny Craig Again — Wants To Lose 30 Pounds

Kirstie Alley doesn’t value her gallbladder apparently.

Hollywood Life

Kirstie Alley is at it again! She announced on April 7 she is working with Jenny Craig again after gaining 30 pounds in the last 6 months. She has had such amazing weight loss success with the company in 2004 when she shed 75 pounds — we are glad to see that she is motivated again!

Kirstie Alley, 63, is ready to get in shape again. The actress told People magazine: “I was good for a while and then I wasn’t good, and the weight crept up. I’m not circus fat. I didn’t hugely screw up. I didn’t gain 75 [pounds]. I gained 30.” Kirstie is not only going to be a spokesperson for Jenny Craig, but she is looking to be a role model to those who struggle with their weight. Good for you, Kirstie!

I guess Kirstie Alley hates her gallbladder. Please everyone read about my lawsuit and the class action lawsuit from 1994 about Jenny Craig.

I think kristine alley is a good role model because so many women struggle with their weight going up and down – so she is relatable. It has to be tough being a female celebrity and having your weight constantly scrutinized. It sometimes seems that the media equates womens worth to their weight.

I agree, but we need to look more closely at the diets and the dieting industry as many diets are dangerous. The dieting industry tells us that we’re nothing if we’re not thin.
